A Savannah Animal Hospital with
More Than a Century of History
Fourth-Generation Veterinarian at Case Veterinary Hospital

Case Veterinary Hospital first opened its doors in 1909, and more than a century later, it remains a fourth-generation family-owned animal hospital. Dr. Case McCorvey continues a tradition started by her great-grandfather, the first veterinarian in Savannah with a degree, and carried on by her grandfather and father. For many Savannah families, bringing their pets here has become a tradition of its own, with some clients trusting our hospital for generations.

Alongside that legacy, Case Veterinary Hospital has been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1982, a recognition earned by only a small percentage of animal hospitals in North America. This accreditation reflects our commitment to maintaining high standards in patient care, safety, medical equipment, and ongoing education.

While our roots run deep in Savannah, our veterinarians combine decades of experience with modern diagnostics and a calm, low-stress approach designed to help dogs and cats feel comfortable during their visits.
