Dog Boarding with Structure and Supervision

Our dog boarding focuses on consistency, safety, and attentive care. Dogs stay in indoor, climate-controlled kennels, where they have their own comfortable space. While we don’t offer group play environments, this setup allows us to maintain a controlled, low-risk setting, which is especially important for pets who may be older, on medication, or more sensitive to busy environments.

Each dog is taken outside two to three times daily for walks and exercise. Our team monitors behavior, appetite, and overall well-being throughout their stay, helping ensure any changes are noticed quickly. This type of boarding is especially beneficial for pets who do best with structure and individual attention.

Cat Boarding with Comfort and Enrichment

Our cat boarding spaces are designed to feel quieter and more relaxed.Cats are housed separately from dogs to help reduce stress and allow them to settle in more comfortably. In  addition to their individual spaces, cats have access to a “catnasium” play area, where they can climb, explore, and engage with their surroundings.

We also provide enrichment like a large screen displaying birds and fish, helping keep cats mentally stimulated during their stay. The goal is to create an environment that feels calm, predictable, yet still engaging.

What to Know Before Your Pet’s Stay

To help keep all pets safe and healthy, a few requirements are in place.

Pets must be current on vaccinations, and we’ll review your pet’s records before confirming their stay. If your pet needs updated vaccines, testing, or preventive care, we can often take care of that before or during boarding.

Each pet is provided with food unless you prefer to bring their regular diet. For safety and cleanliness, we ask that personal bedding, toys, and treats stay at home, as our team provides enrichment and care throughout the stay.

If your pet requires medication, special feeding, or additional services, we can accommodate those needs. An emergency contact will also be kept on file for added peace of mind.

The Added Benefit of Veterinary-Supervised Boarding

One of the biggest advantages of boarding at Case Veterinary Hospital is the ability to combine care with convenience.

Because your pet is staying in a veterinary setting, we can:

  • Administer medications and monitor ongoing conditions

  • Perform wellness exams, lab work, or dental cleanings during their stay

  • Provide post-procedure monitoring if your pet is recovering from surgery

  • Address any health concerns that arise while you’re away

Many clients choose to schedule services like dental cleanings or wellness visits during boarding, allowing everything to be handled at once. It’s a practical way to stay on top of your pet’s care without disrupting your schedule.

A Boarding Experience Backed by Veterinary Care

Boarding at Case Veterinary Hospital offers something different from traditional daycare-style facilities: a focus on safety, structure, and medical oversight.

Our team is trained to recognize changes in your pet’s health, and a veterinarian is available during hospital hours (and on-call after hours if concerns arise). This added level of supervision can make a meaningful difference, especially for pets with medical needs or those recovering from procedures .

We work hard to create a space where pets feel secure and cared for, and where you feel confident leaving them. Complete our boarding request form to schedule your pet’s stay today.
