Our goal is to provide a safe, clean environment for your pet for short intervals while you are away. This is not a “home environment” for your pet, but we strive to make it a healthy one. We are proud to be a member of the American Animal Hospital Association and have passed their stringent requirements.
All animals are placed in separate cages, on plastic grates, and are fed Science Diet food while here. Your pet’s quarters are monitored by several full-time kennel personnel, and a veterinarian or a technician gives each pet a physical exam at the beginning of each visit.
Our boarding is totally indoors and climate-controlled. All dogs are rotated two to three times a day into our indoor runs where they can have a chance to get a little exercise and use the bathroom. Cats are boarded in a separate room to give them a bit more privacy from the dogs.
Things To Keep In Mind
We highly recommend having your pet bathed before going home. This bath is offered at a discounted rate and will ensure that your pet goes home clean and smelling fresh. Pets are bathed the morning of checkout and can go home anytime after 3:00 PM. Any pet who needs the specialized grooming attention that Case provides must be prescheduled with boarding appointments and will be charged the normal fees for grooming.
Current vaccinations are necessary for the protection of all pets vacationing with us.
Special services such as extra food preparation, flea treatments, medication administration, etc., will have an additional fee. Due to our volume of pets and the necessity of keeping sanitary, germ-free conditions, we cannot allow special toys, treats, and bedding from home in the kennel area. Our staff love to pamper your pets and often give in-house treats on a regular basis.
You will be asked to leave an emergency number with us when you leave your pet. During hurricane season, this number is especially important since we will be evacuating the area if a hurricane evacuation is recommended.
