At our facility, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and loving environment for your pet during their stay with us. While it may not be exactly like home, we work hard to create a healthy, comfortable space for them while you're away. As proud members of the American Animal Hospital Association, we've met their high standards to ensure your pet receives the best care possible.

Each animal is placed in their own cozy space and is provided with Science Diet food unless you provide their own food. Our dedicated team of full-time kennel staff monitors your pet's well-being throughout their stay, and a veterinarian is on premises during working hours (and on call during non working hours) if any concerns start to arise.

Our indoor, climate-controlled boarding facilities keep your pet comfortable no matter the weather. Dogs get a chance to stretch their legs and enjoy some exercise two to three times a day. Cats enjoy a quieter, more private space, away from the dogs, to help them feel at ease.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind: To make your pet's stay even more pleasant, we highly recommend a bath before they go home. Offered at a discounted rate, the bath ensures your pet leaves clean and smelling fresh! Baths are scheduled for the morning of checkout, and your pet can head home any time after 3:00 PM. If your pet requires special grooming services, please let us know when you book their stay, and they will be pampered by our expert groomer.

For the safety and well-being of all our guests, current vaccinations are required. We also offer additional services like medication administration, flea treatments, and special food preparations, which may include a small extra fee. To maintain a clean and germ-free environment, we ask that you please refrain from bringing personal toys, bedding, or treats. Our caring staff loves to spoil your pet with our own in-house treats and extra TLC.

Finally, we’ll ask for an emergency contact number to keep on file, just in case. During hurricane season, this is especially important, as we may need to evacuate if the area is under threat.

We look forward to welcoming your pet into our care and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away.
